     Madam CJ has been delighting palates with exquisite cuisine since 1992. My foray into the culinary world began in the 1990s, and today, I am celebrated for a wide array of ethnic dishes that serve both large and small communities.

As a child, the thought of cooking was foreign to me. My Grandmother Margaret frequently gifted me cookbooks, which I ignored until I needed a recipe for Chicken Cacciatore. Discovering that recipe ignited my passion for cooking, eventually leading me to obtain a Food Protection Certificate from the NYC Department of Health. The joy of receiving this certification was immense, as it brought me one step closer to sharing my culinary delights.
